This prestigious office development in the heart of the west end was totally renovated by ISG and PIP Lift Service Ltd won the contract to install a brand new bespoke fully compliant 8 person, 1.6m/s MRL traction lift in an existing lift shaft.
PIP Lift Service Ltd produced detailed builders work and installation drawings and liaising with the builder installed a high specification lift with a modern glass interior and stone floor incorporating a card reader system that restricts the use of the lift to floors by way of a programmed card. The lift was DDA compliant to ensure it met all current standards and was commissioned to EN81 and the lift regulations.

This office development in EC1 included the installation of a new 10 person MRL passenger lift including car finishes to the clients selection. The unit was designed and installed to EN81 standards and DDA requirements and installed within the exsisting space limitations. The system included the latest in gearless closed loop drive technology and variable frequency entrances with stainless steel finishes. The unit was delivered and installed on time to the clients program.
