Service Contracts

PIP Lifts programmed maintenance cycles are designed to minimise breakdowns, ensure safety and to protect your capital investment, our tailored service agreements are provided at various levels, ranging from basic routine maintenance to fully comprehensive cover.

Standard

Included within contract

  • Routine planned preventative maintenance visits of your choice
  • Access to our local manned 24/7 emergency call out desks
  • Regular condition reports
  • Consumables, lubrication and adjustments

Excluded

  • Call outs will be chargeable at any time
  • Parts and labour for any necessary repairs.
  • Misuse or vandalism.
  • Improvements and upgrades.

Intermediate

Included within contract

  • Routine planned preventative maintenance visits
  • Access to our local manned 24/7 emergency call out desks
  • Regular condition reports
  • No callout charges during normal working hours (08.00 – 17.00)
  • Consumables, lubrication and adjustments

Excluded

  • Call outs will be chargeable outside normal working hours (17.00 – 08.00)
  • Parts and labour for any necessary repairs.
  • Misuse or vandalism
  • Improvements and upgrades.

Comprehensive

Included within contract

  • Routine planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Access to our local manned 24/7 emergency call out desks.
  • Regular condition reports.
  • No callout charges.
  • All parts and labour for necessary repairs.
  • Consumables, lubrication and adjustments.

Excluded

  • Misuse or vandalism.
  • Improvements and upgrades.

All routine maintenance is undertaken between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and as with all maintenance agreements, misuse and abuse is excluded.
