Paul founded PIP Lifts in 1992 with 19 years of experience already under his belt. His journey in the lift industry started as an apprentice engineer. Through hard work and dedication, he has taken PIP from strength to strength via strategic growth and acquisitions. Today PIP have a turnover of £7,000,000.
Abbie started in March 2008 in service administration progressed to Customer helpdesk and now Service Supervisor, responsible for 1000 lifts/10 engineers. NVQ trained in Business Administration and Customer Service and has great IT skills.
Ron has 45 years experience, apprentice trained at the same time as Paul Masterson Great all round lift knowledge with hands on support for his repair teams.
Apprentice trained at PIP, now keeping Repair engineers in line, busy and effective. Loves shopping, even buying spare parts!
Alex started with PIP Lifts looking after service repair quotations and sales, promoted to service supervisor in 2020.
Nicola is our 4th longest member of staff, joining us in 2002. Over the years, she has carried out every admin role within PIP.
Brian has been with PIP since 2015, assisting clients with new maintenance contracts and upgrading existing ones.
Rob is the second longest member of staff, over the years he has seen the company grow five fold, it has been quite a journey!
In 2014, Terry joined PIP to develop new clients for our Major Works department, he has been very successful doing this.
David has been in the industry in excess of 35 years during which he has experience from all operational and support disciplines associated with installation, modernisation, repairs and service sides of the industry.
Started as a service engineer in 2001, via hard work and dedication Chris is now most senior Service Supervisor & Technician.
Tony has now been with us since 2022 managing the Major Works Department.
Terry joined us in 2020 from Patron Lifts as the General Manager, he has now been in the lift industry for 43 years. Terry is now our Repairs Manager.
Hayley joined us in 2020 from Patron Lifts, now working alongside our accounts manager.
Olivia joined us in 2023, starting her level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Course, working in our Service department.
Crystal is one of our latest employees working on the service department completing all of your service bookings.
Billy joined us in 2023, working in our Service Department.
Danielle joined us in 2023 to assist the Major Works Department in various Administrative roles.
