All of the lifts that we maintain undergo an initial commissioning survey to establish the mechanical, technical and aesthetic status of each individual lift. With this in place, we can advise on potential future issues, should they exist, and benchmark each lift’s performance.

  • Routine planned preventative maintenance visits
  • Access to our local manned 24/7 emergency callout desks
  • Regular condition reports
  • No callout charges during normal working hours (08:00-17:00)
  • Consumables, lubrication and adjustments
  • Account manager to offer help and free advice

Comprehensive
Included within contract:

  • Routine planned preventative maintenance visits
  • Access to our local manned 24/7 emergency callout desks
  • Regular condition reports
  • No callout charges
  • All parts and labour for necessary repairs
  • Consumables, lubrication and adjustments
  • Account manager to offer help and free advice

All routine maintenance is undertaken between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and as with all maintenance agreements, misuse and abuse is excluded.
